Loudtalks Lite for Android is published today!

By Alexey Gavrilov on July 25, 2011

I’m proud to announce the initial public beta release of Loudtalks Lite for Android. You can download it now from Android Market.

This release is a big improvement over the previous version distributed to a limited group of testers and I want to thank everyone who sent the feedback — we fixed tons of bugs with your help!

Version 1,1 available today has the same features as BlackBerry app, which we also updated today but the user interface was redesigned to work better with touch-based devices.

We are working to add the following features, currently missing from BB & Android releases:

  1. Voice history
  2. Public channels admin controls
  3. Private channels
Since this is the first public release we expect many bugs and frequent updates. Please help us by reporting them using Report a problem option in the app. Thanks!

  14. I mapped a button to tap to open tap to close the microphone, it’s perfect but the only problem i find is this feature only runs when the app is in first plane i need to open the mic while i see a map in the same phone or while i see another think coud be all most fast jeje i try to remap a button in the stereo speackers while the phone is paired connected with stereo bluetooth speackers and the program not recognice any button but when i use the program “key test” the phone recognice one button in the stereo speackers later loudtalks recognice this button also and leave me to remap for use it for open close microphone very usefull but not runs if the program is in second plane, any idea to resolve this?? please it could be very usefull for me

  15. There is an issue that some androids have very low mic gain set. The user can not control gain. I believe only the program can contol the system registry. So please include user controled Mic Settings in next release. Thank you
